Formation of Agreement

By accessing the bat555 platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Self-Exclusion

Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, family, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction records
• A recent selfie or photo

Withdrawal access may be limited until KYC is completed.

Password Protection

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply for depositing funds on bat555:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
• Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment method registered under the identity of the registered account holder.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.
• Gambling with money borrowed via credit card is discouraged.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirement for any bonus funds has not been met, that amount cannot be withdrawn.

Currency and Amounts

All transactions on bat555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Any costs arising from currency conversion are entirely the user's responsibility.

Welcome Bonus

New members at bat555 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Examples of bonus eligibility:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000

The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user. Multiple members of the same family cannot claim the bonus from the same household.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
• The rate at which bets count towards wagering may vary across different games.
• Unused bonuses will be cancelled after the wagering period expires.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

VIP Program

bat555's VIP program has three tiers, earned based on regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier changes depend on regular gaming activity. bat555 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was incorrectly registered due to a technical error. In such cases, the decision of bat555 management is final.

Technical Errors

Any unintended transactions caused by system errors, software issues, or connection failures will be considered void. bat555 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to a technical error.

Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sports:

• If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The live betting feature depends on real-time results.
• If any discrepancy is found in a match result, bat555 may withhold payment pending investigation.
• For IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC event bets, the official result declared by the relevant organizer will be considered final.

Fraud and Deception

• Operating an account using a false identity or information
• Using hacking, viruses, or malicious software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using unauthorized bots or automated software
• Chargeback fraud or money laundering

Collusive Fraud

• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements
• Chip dumping or collusion
• Match fixing or use of insider information
• Applying deceptive tactics against other users

Ownership Rights

All content on the bat555 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bat555 or its licensors. This property is protected by copyright law.

Permission to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Commercially using or redistributing bat555 content
• Reverse engineering or modifying the software
• Data scraping or automated data collection
• Using the bat555 name or logo without permission

Service Guarantee

The bat555 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the following:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• Guarantee of any specific outcome or profit
• The completeness of software provided by third-party game providers

Liability for Losses

bat555 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connection or device issues
• Account losses caused by the user's own negligence
• Issues arising from the actions of third parties
• Financial losses resulting from gambling — gaming always carries risk

Gaming is inherently risky. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

Account Closure by bat555

bat555 may suspend or permanently close your account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering or KYC failure
• Extended account inactivity

Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure; however, bonus balances will not be refunded if the bonus conditions have not been met.
